Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for visualizing polarization of a ferroelectric material capable of simultaneously visualizing polarization perpendicular to a sample surface and polarization parallel thereto.SOLUTION: A device for visualizing polarization of a ferroelectric material comprises: a first probe 3 to which AC voltage Vis applied; a second probe 4 provided at an interval from the first probe 3; a first detection part 13 for detecting a first vibration component generated at the first probe 3; a second detection part 14 for detecting a second vibration component generated at the second probe 4; and an imaging part 30. The imaging part 30 generates a first polarization image IMvisualizing that a polarization direction of a ferroelectric material sample S is parallel or antiparallel to a first direction D; generates a second polarization image IMvisualizing that the polarization direction of the ferroelectric material sample S is parallel or antiparallel to a second direction D; and generates a composite image IMcomposing the first polarization image IMand the second polarization image IM. |
