Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a determination method of anticorrosion property in an anticorrosive coating steel material and a manufacturing method for an anticorrosive coating steel material.SOLUTION: The anticorrosiveness of an anticorrosive coating steel material is determined by using a Y value (Y=|E|CDC/L) defined as a relational expression of anticorrosive potential E or electric anticorrosive potential E of a steel material as a base, concentration C of monatomic positive ions included in an environment in which the steel material is used, relative gas-dissolved oxygen concentration DC, and thickness L of an organic coating layer. It is determined that the anticorrosiveness is more superior as the Y value is smaller. An anticorrosive coating steel material which has desired anticorrosiveness can be manufactured by forming the anticorrosive coating layer by adjusting the thickness L of the anticorrosive coating layer so that the Y value is equal to or less than 1.0.
