Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fin/tube type heat exchanger capable of displaying high heat exchange performance by effectively reducing thermal resistance in contact of a fin with a heat transfer tube, and when fixing the fin on the heat transfer tube by brazing, capable of favorably reducing brazing defects.SOLUTION: The fin/tube type heat exchanger is configured by making a collar 20 erected on a peripheral edge of an assembly slit 16 of a fin 12 to have a tip thinned shape so that the thickness may get gradually thinned down in a direction to the tip side, and by inclining the collar 20 to the inside of the assembly slit 16 so that the tip of the collar 20 may be elastically abutted on the surface of a flat multihole tube 14.
