The fixed body includes a bearing unit which supports the rotary body rotatably by generating dynamic pressure in a lubricant 48 interposed between the rotary body and fixed body, and a base 4 which has a center hole 4h having its center on the axis R of rotation of the rotary body, and fix the bearing unit into the center hole 4h. The bearing unit has a housing 44 and a sleeve 46. The housing 44 has a first outer peripheral surface 44c joined to the center hole 4h, and a second outer peripheral surface 44d which is formed radially outside the first outer peripheral surface 44c and partially overlaps the first outer peripheral surface 44c in the direction of the axis R of rotation. |
