Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant styrene thermoplastic resin composition and a molded article thereof having excellent flame retardancy, mechanical properties, molding processability and transparency.SOLUTION: The flame-retardant styrene thermoplastic resin composition includes: 100 pts.wt. of a styrene resin (I) containing at least an unsaturated carboxylic acid alkyl ester monomer (d) as a monomer component; 8-18 pts.wt. of a phosphoric acid ester flame retardant agent (II); and 0.1-3 pts.wt. of an aromatic carbonate oligomer (III) having a viscosity-average molecular weight [Mv] of 1,000-10,000.
