Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hyperbranched polyimide-based hybrid material having more excellent gas permeability, electric characteristics, heat resistance, mechanical strength and the like as compared with a conventional polyimide-based hybrid material while maintaining chemical resistance and molding characteristics (process characteristics) that a polyimide originally has.SOLUTION: The hyperbranched polyimide-based hybrid material is obtained by dehydration and ring closure of a product obtained by sol-gel reaction of a hyperbranched polyamide acid having a hydroxyl group or an alkoxy group at least at a part of a plurality of terminals and at least one kind of prescribed alkoxide or more in the presence of water. The hyperbranched polyamide acid is obtained by reacting an aromatic tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride, an aromatic triamine having a prescribed asymmetric structure and an alkoxy compound of silicon etc. having an amino group or a carboxyl group at its terminal or a derivative thereof.
