Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally conductive composition having excellent thermal conductivity and moldability.SOLUTION: The thermally conductive composition includes a matrix component, a pitch-based graphitized short fiber and graphite particle. The pitch-based graphitized short fiber has a thermal conductivity of ≥300 W/m K and an aspect ratio of 6-25. The graphite particle has a thermal conductivity of ≥150 W/m K at least in one direction, an aspect ratio of 10-50 occurring in thickness and in the major axis direction and an average particle diameter of 1-20 μm. The thermally conductive composition includes >250 and ≤600 pts.wt. of the graphite particle based on 100 pts.wt. of the pitch-based graphitized short fiber and 50-150 pts.wt. of the total of the pitch-based graphitized short fiber and the graphite particle based on 100 pts.wt. of the matrix component. |
