Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair shape regulator, for example, a permanent wave agent or a curling agent, capable of imparting a shape, while suppressing damage on hair, during hair treatment for imparting an objective shape to the hair, for example, at a permanent wave treatment time or a curling treatment time, and having excellent retainability of the imparted shape.SOLUTION: This double-agent type hair shape regulator, comprising a first agent containing a reducing agent and a second agent containing an oxidizing agent, contains (A) one or more kinds of extracts selected from a group comprising oolong tea extracts and Pu'ercha extracts, and (B) one or more kinds of extracts selected from a group comprising rooibos (Aspalathus linearis) extracts and gymnema extracts.
