MOTOR DRIVE CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor drive circuit that can reduce power consumption.SOLUTION: The motor drive circuit is adaptable to a motor having a motor driver that controls a rotating speed of the motor based on a rotating speed signal VSP input from the outside. When driving the motor, the circuit generates a first pulse signal P1 and a second pulse signal P2, generates a power-supply operation signal SA based on the first pulse signal P1 and the second pulse signal P2, and causes a power-supply circuit to operate by the power-supply operation signal SA to supply power to the motor driver. The circuit further generates the rotating speed signal VSP based on the second pulse signal P2, and outputs the rotating speed signal VSP to the motor driver.
