Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately measure a high resistance value while suppressing the increase of device costs.SOLUTION: The measuring device includes a constant current supply unit 7 for generating a constant DC current I1 of one current value selected from a plurality of current values and supplying it to a measuring target 21, a differential amplifier unit 11 and an A/D converter 12 constituting a voltage detection unit for detecting a both-end voltage generated between both ends of the measuring target 21 during supplying of the constant DC current I1, and a processing unit 14 for calculating a resistance value Rob of the measuring target 21 based on the current value of the constant DC current I1 and the voltage value of the both-end voltage. The constant current supply unit 7 generates a continuous constant current where amplitude is a continuously selected current value as the constant DC current I1 when the selected current value is equal to or higher than a predefined reference current value, and generates a constant pulse current where amplitude is equal to or higher than the reference current value and an average current value is a selected current value as the constant DC current I1 when the selected current value is lower than the reference current value. |
