Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame retardant agent that may provide a polyester fiber product with more highly durable frame retardant properties, regardless of the type of polyester fiber product, without using 1,2,5,6,9,10-hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD) as a flame retardant agent than in a case where the HBCD is used.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a flame retardant agent for a polyester fiber product obtained by dispersing in water or emulsifying, in the presence of a nonionic surface active agent and an anionic surface active agent, 30 to 300 parts by weight of 5,5-dimethyl-2-(2'-phenylphenoxy)-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinane-2-oxide with respect to 100 parts by weight of tris(2,3-dibromopropyl)isocyanurate. |
