METHOD FOR RECOVERING PLUGGED COKE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering plugged coke by collecting plugged coke taken out from a carbonization chamber of a coke oven with a plugged-coke taking-out shovel mounted on the front surface lower part of an extrusion ram with a chain conveyor for collecting red-heated coke dropped from the carbonization chamber, as dropped carcass, at the time of extruding red-heated coke from the carbonization chamber.SOLUTION: Plugged coke taken out from a carbonization chamber of a coke oven with a plugged-coke taking-out shovel 11 mounted on the front surface lower part of an extrusion ram 18 is dropped onto a chute 27 provided in an extruder of the coke oven by sliding and dropping the same on the chute 27 onto a chain conveyor 28 for collecting dropped carcass.
