Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber for high fluidity concrete that prevents a concrete molding from explosion by volume expansion of water vapor internally rapidly generated by high temperature at the time of fire and has low decrease in fluidity and compression strength; and high fluidity concrete.SOLUTION: An explosion-proof hydraulic hardened body is provided whose component is an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer whose content of ethylene is at least 25-70 mol% and which contains a fiber whose cross-section is hollow shape.
