Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance timing notification device for the lift chain used in a cargo handling vehicle such as a fork lift not requiring measurement of all elongation amounts of a lift chain, and easily getting a notification when the lift chain is elongated to reach a timing of maintenance.SOLUTION: The maintenance timing notification device is constituted of a mast 2, a carriage 3, the lift chain 4, a chain detector 5 and a notifier 6, and is provided notably with the chain detector 5 for detecting the elongation of the lift chain 4 by a prescribed amount, and the notifier 6 for notifying the elongation of the lift chain 4, based on a signal from the chain detector 5.
