Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braking/driving force control device capable of stabilizing the behavior of a vehicle in the case of controlling rear right and left wheels with a common braking/driving force control mechanism.SOLUTION: The braking/driving force control device controlling the braking/driving force of the vehicle has the first braking force adjusting section adjusting the braking force of a front right wheel, the second braking force adjusting section adjusting the braking force of a front left wheel, the third braking force adjusting section simultaneously adjusting the braking force of both of the rear right and left wheels, a behavior detecting section detecting the real turning state quantity of the vehicle, a behavior determining section determining the behavior of the vehicle by calculating the target turning state quantity of the vehicle and comparing the target turning state quantity and the real turning state quantity, and a control section switching the first control mode adjusting the braking force of the front wheels and the rear wheels with all the three braking force control sections based on the result determined by the behavior determining section and the second control mode adjusting the braking force of at least ones of the front wheels and the rear wheels with two or less of the three braking force adjusting sections.
