Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a vehicle that eliminates a sense of incompatibility of a driver and can improve the fuel consumption by appropriately performing engine output control and clamping control of a lock-up clutch in a vehicle deceleration state.SOLUTION: The control device sets an LC control lower limit torque TRQLML according to a target main shaft rotation speed NTMOBJ when clamping a lock-up clutch 30, performs control to hold the engine output in the LC control lower limit torque TRQLML after reaching the LC control lower limit torque TRQLML during the vehicle deceleration, and performs clamping of the lock-up clutch 30 in the period when the engine output is held in LC control lower limit torque TRQLML (t2). The engine rotation speed NE is maintained in a neighborhood of a target main shaft rotation speed NTMOBJ by executing the output holding control that holds the engine output in the LC control lower limit torque TRQLML.
