Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid mixing apparatus capable of accurately blending even when the blending amount of an additive is remarkably small with respect to a main agent and which quickly transfers to and from a measuring measure.SOLUTION: In the liquid mixing apparatus 10 for preparing a liquid mixture by adding the additive 2 to the main agent 1, the main agent 1 stored in a storage tank 11 is transferred by its own weight to a supply tank 20 through piping 19 sequentially connecting a first automatic valve 12, a measuring tank 13, a second automatic valve 14, an agitating tank 16 having an agitating apparatus 15, a third automatic valve 17, and a static mixer. A spatial capacity in the piping 19 including the inside of the measuring tank 13 delimited by the first automatic valve 12 and the by the second automatic valve 14 functions as a measuring container M, the atmosphere passed through a filter 25 is conducted through the storage tank 11, the measuring tank 13 is provided with piping having an air release valve 22, and the agitating tank 16 has a dispenser 23 for automatically supplying the additive 2.
