Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably support the other surface of a thin plate material to be cleaned, on one surface of which a holddown roller contacts even if the components are provided.SOLUTION: Single or plural discform lower-supporting rollers 11 supporting a printed board S are provided rotatably around a rotary shaft 14 orthogonal to a substrate-carrying direction at the opposite side of the side of the board S at which a cleaning roller 4 is provided. The lower-supporting roller 11 has an elastic ring 13 contacting the board S on an outer peripheral face, and is supported vertically displaceably by a support base 16 so as to be elastically biased to a board S side by a coil spring 21.
