Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extra-high-speed sorting technique for a protein fusion factor (TFP) that can induce secretive production of a recombinant protein to be induced.SOLUTION: The technique constitutes a method for sorting a protein fusion factor (TFP) library. The method comprises a step of subjecting a plurality of host cells to transformation with a plurality of linear vectors and a nucleic acid sequence encoding the aimed protein, wherein each of the linear vectors includes nucleic acid fragments of a nucleic acid fragments library and a nucleic acid sequence encoding a reporter protein, and culturing the transformed plurality of host cells under such conditions that the intracellular recombination of the linear vectors and the nucleic acid sequence encoding the aimed protein is carried out efficiently; a step of sorting cells exhibiting the reporter protein's activity from the transformed plurality of host cells; and a step of confirming the TFP library including the nucleic acid fragments inducing the aimed protein 's secretion respectively, from the sorted cells.
