Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it may be insufficient just to make voltage equalize in a plurality of power storage elements when an ignition switch is turned off.SOLUTION: The control device comprises: a power storage device (10) including a plurality of power storage elements (11) which are electrically connected in series; a voltage sensor (42) which detects the voltage of each power storage element; a discharge circuit (43) which discharges each power storage element; and a controller (30) which controls operation of the discharge circuit. The controller sets a first equalization mode which operates the discharge circuit to equalize the voltage of the plurality of power storage elements when the ignition switch of a vehicle is turned off. In the case that a voltage difference in the plurality of power storage elements is larger than a threshold value when the ignition switch is turned from off to on, the controller sets a second equalization mode which operates the discharge circuit to equalize the voltage of the plurality of power storage elements while the ignition switch is turned on.
