Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation and air conditioning apparatus that recovers residual heat of a bathroom space to reuse it for heating the other room spaces.SOLUTION: The ventilation and air conditioning apparatus with a bathroom heat using heating mode includes: a compressor 19; a first heat exchanger 3; a decompression device 20; a freezing cycle constituted of a second heat exchanger 10; a fan device for supplying air to the heat exchangers; and an airflow switching device for switching an air inlet and an air blowing-out direction. The ventilation and air conditioning apparatus can recover the residual heat of the bathroom space after bathing and discharge the heat to the other room spaces.
