BELT TENSIONING DEVICE FOR TOKEN CONVEYING BELT CONVEYOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive belt tensioning device that can be installed without interfering with a token game machine or a token lending machine and that also facilitates replacement of a belt.SOLUTION: A bearing frame 32 is arranged at the side position of a conveyor frame 31, in a manner movable forward and backward, to pivotally support a pulley 33. A locking piece 32b is provided to the front and the rear of the bearing frame 32, an adjusting member 34 having a width narrower than the interval between the locking pieces 32b is arranged in a position between the front and the rear locking pieces 32b. In the front and the rear position of the bearing frame 32 on the side face of the conveyor frame 31, fixed overhang pieces 31a are arranged with an interval larger than the advancing/retreating range of the bearing frame 32. In the front and the rear overhang pieces 31a, a screw shaft 35 is freely rotatably penetrated and screwed onto the adjusting member 34. A nut 35a is screwed onto the shaft end of the screw shaft 35 protruding from the front and the rear overhang pieces 31a, and a compression spring 36 is interposed between the adjusting member 34 and the locking piece 32b on the outer side of the bearing frame 32.
