Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power conversion apparatus which simplifies work conducted when multiple power switching elements are mounted on a heat sink and thereby improving the work efficiency.SOLUTION: An electric power conversion apparatus 2 includes: multiple power switching elements 15 forming a predetermined bridge circuit; a heat sink 22 for radiating heat of the multiple power switching elements 15; and a pressure plate 21 in which multiple recessed parts 41, having shapes corresponding to the outer shapes of the power switching elements 15, are formed along a predetermined direction. The pressure plate 21 is fixed to a predetermined location of the heat sink 22 with the power switching elements 15 respectively fitted into the recessed parts 41, thereby causing the multiple power switching elements 15 to contact with the heat sink 22.
