PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video transmission system in which videos reproduced by a plurality of reproducers installed while being distributed in a plurality of rooms can be displayed on one display device.SOLUTION: The video transmission system in which video signals are transmitted from reproducers 511, 512, 513 to a display device 540 comprises: transmission side wireless communication devices 110, 120, 130 which are provided, respectively, in the reproducers 511, 512, 513 and transmit a video signal output from a reproducer corresponding to the own device over a wireless line; and a reception side wireless communication device 200 which receives video signals over a plurality of wireless lines established, respectively, for the transmission side wireless communication devices 110, 120, 130, and outputs the received video signals as the video input signals to the display device 540. When switching of the video input signal is designated, the reception side wireless communication device 200 switches the wireless line over which the own device must receive the video signal, out of the plurality of wireless lines.
