Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem that it takes a time from when a special reproduction start instruction is issued by a user until a special reproduction screen is displayed, in a configuration where a video stream is transmitted and received via a network bus at reproduction start.SOLUTION: When it is supposed that special reproduction is performed, a stream generator 160, at transmission of a video stream stored in a recording medium 140, preliminarily reads a picture in the future behind a time on a temporal axis of a picture being transmitted, converts the readout picture into a picture for special reproduction, multiplexes the picture for special reproduction to the video stream, and outputs the multiplexed video stream.
