INSPECTION METHOD AND INSPECTION DEVICE OF HEAT-TRANSFER PIPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve detectability of an inspection signal which inspects heat-transfer pipes.SOLUTION: An inspection method of heat-transfer pipes includes: a step S11 of inspecting heat-transfer pipes by an eddy current flaw detector having an array type probe to be inserted into the heat-transfer pipes, before assembling the heat-transfer pipes in a steam generator; steps S13 and S14 of excluding heat-transfer pipes from which noise signals exceeding a prescribed amplitude have been detected by the inspection, from the object to be assembled, while taking heat-transfer pipes from which noise signals not exceeding the prescribed amplitude have been detected by the inspection, as the object to be assembled; and a step S15 of making a database of pre-assembling inspection results about heat-transfer pipes taken as the object to be assembled.
