VENTILATING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating apparatus, capable of switching, e.g., between a dehumidification operation and a ventilation operation using one apparatus, while preventing complexity of an apparatus configuration.SOLUTION: The ventilating apparatus 1 includes inside a case 2: a heat exchanger 5 that allows heat exchange between air sucked from the outdoor to the inside of the case 2 and air sucked from the indoor to the inside of the case 2; a humidity control rotor 6 that has a humidity control body 6a for controlling humidity of air passing therethrough; a first heating device 7 that heats air flowing through a first air passage 12; a second heating device 8 that heats air flowing through a second air passage 13; and a heat-exchange state switching mechanism T that switches between a heat-exchange performing state and a heat-exchange stopping state, the heat-exchange performing state providing heat exchange between the air sucked from the outdoor to the inside of the case 2 and the air sucked from the indoor to the inside of the case 2 at the heat exchanger 5, the heat-exchange stopping state stopping the heat exchange between the air sucked from the outdoor to the inside of the case 2 and the air sucked from the indoor to the inside of the case 2 at the heat exchanger 5.
