Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve so that operating information on an ignition plug can be evaluated more easily and more flexibly.SOLUTION: In the ignition plug 100 of an internal combustion engine equipped with an optical waveguide device 110 for supplying pumping light to ignition lasers incorporated in the ignition plug 100, the ignition lasers 105, 106 and 107 are at least partially permeable to incident light of a first wavelength range from a combustion chamber to the ignition plug 100. An optical beam splitter 111 associated with the optical waveguide device 110 is installed in order to separate the light of a first wavelength range from the pumping light.
