Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flaming material composition used for a signal canister, a fire canister, etc., which contains no material that contains chlorine atoms such as perchlorates and chlorinated rubber in the composition so as not to discharge harmful substances upon combustion, considering the environmental effects.SOLUTION: The flaming material composition contains a color developer, an exothermic agent, and a flammable agent, wherein the color developer is a strontium nitrate contained in an amount of 55-70 wt.% and a lithium carbonate contained in an amount of 1-6 wt.%, the content of the exothermic agent is 10-25 wt.%, and the material that has the chlorine atom is contained in the composition.
