Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneading segment which does not produce a kneading material in which deterioration and chemical reaction occur with the lapse of time, i.e., impurities by preventing the kneading material from staying between parallel kneading segments, and thus prevents the impurities from being mixed into a normally-kneaded material, and thus can prevent the deterioration of quality as an extruded product.SOLUTION: In the kneading segment including a plurality of wings 20 integrally formed in an axial direction so that angles around the axis of the plurality of wings are shifted, at the top 21 of each wing 20, a first flow surface 30 which facilitates the flow of the kneading material between the wing top end surface 21a and the wing surface 23 is formed in a part where the wing top end surface 21a and the wing surface 23 are connected with each other. At the base end 22 of each wing 20, a second flow surface 31 which facilitates the flow of the kneading material between the wing surface 23 and the wing side surface 24 is formed in a part where the wing surface 23 and a wing side surface 24 of the other wing 20 adjacent to each wing 20 are connected with each other.
