SERVER DEVICE AND COMMUNICATION METHOD OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the denial of acceptance of a process requested from a terminal, in a server.SOLUTION: In a communication system 1 in which a node accommodating a terminal 4 for each user is connected to the other node by a link, a server device 2 configures the node together with a router. For each user, the server device 2 has: an allocation CPU usage rate monitoring part 14 continuously measuring a CPU usage rate indicating a server processing amount per unit time allocated to the user to the server processing ability of the server device 2; a process acceptance part 11 accepting a request signal for requesting generation of a session with the other terminal 4 from the terminal 4 utilized by the user; a delay insertion part 12 delaying a control signal for processing the accepted request signal by a predetermined delay time in the case that the measured CPU usage rate exceeds a contracted CPU usage rate preliminarily defined by a contract with the user; and a process execution part 13 executing the process requested by the accepted request signal depending on the delayed control signal or the control signal that is not delayed.
