Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a near-infrared reflection film with a low production cost, having a large area and flexibility, high reflecting property for near-infrared rays and high transmittance for visible rays, and improved in optical uniformity of a coating film by multi-layer coating using a water-based coating liquid for forming a refractive index layer.SOLUTION: The near-infrared reflection film includes at least one unit consisting of a high refractive index layer and a low refractive index layer on a substrate, in which the difference in the refractive index between the high refractive index layer and the low refractive index layer adjacent to each other is 0.1 or more and 1.40 or less. At least one of the high refractive index layer and the low refractive index layer contains a water-soluble polymer, metal oxide particles and a compound expressed by a general formula (1).
