Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a non-contact type water level observation in an actual river, provide information with high reliability at a low cost, and enable more inexpensive information transmission system because of obtaining water level information at lower cost using Xbee elements compared to a conventional water level gauge, and having more simple transmission information compared to transmission of the information with a telemeter.SOLUTION: The water level confirmation system detects a water level using Xbee elements which constitute a watertight sensor storage box 1 and are sensors of a transmitting section, and properties that a radio wave of a Zigbee (R) communication between the Xbee elements constituting a receiving section 2 stops when a sensor portion becomes under water, and then transmits the detected water level from the transmission device to a mobile phone owned by a manager as character information.
