Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a co-generation system capable of operating a co-generation device by properly setting either a continuous operation mode or intermittent operation mode.SOLUTION: An operation control means acquires a merit of continuous operation when the co-generation device is supposed to be continuously operated is such following mode; a start-up consumption energy is not consumed when a co-generation device 1 is operated at the time of starting of an operation mode determination period, otherwise a temporary start-up consumption energy that is set to be a value smaller than the start-up consumption energy is consumed; and further the start-up consumption energy is consumed when the co-generation device is being stopped, and furthermore the total sum of operation merits for each of a plurality of operation cycles is divided with the frequency of operation cycles constituting the operation mode determination period.
