CEILING STRUCTURE AND BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling structure and a building for allowing a strong electric cable and a light electric cable to be separated from each other and inhibiting the temperature rise of the strong electric cable.SOLUTION: A ceiling part 20 has a ceiling frame 22 in which a heat insulating material 39, a power supply cable 42A, and a LAN cable 44A are provided, a partition member 40 for partitioning a space inside the ceiling frame 22 into a space on the side of the heat insulating material 39 and a space on the side of the power supply cable 42A, and a first sheath pipe 46 for isolating the power supply cable 42A from the LAN cable 44A. Thereby, the power supply cable 42A is separated from the LAN cable 44A by the first sheath pipe 46. Additionally, since the side of the heat insulating material 39 and the side of the power supply cable 42A are parted from each other by the partition member 40, when the power supply cable 42A is heated, the heat insulating material 39 keeps from inhibiting heat divergence, thus the temperature rise of the power supply cable 42A is inhibited.
