Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a liquid crystal composition without decreasing reliability, specific resistance or a voltage holding ratio (VHR) of a liquid crystal composition, and to provide a liquid crystal display element using the liquid crystal composition.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a liquid crystal composition is characterized in that two or more liquid crystal compounds are dissolved to be mixed while being agitated under a decompression condition, and then the condition is returned to a normal pressure using an inert gas. The liquid crystal composition and the liquid crystal display element are disclosed. The method of manufacturing a liquid crystal composition is very useful to make a liquid crystal composition in which high reliability, specific resistance and voltage holding ratio (VHR) are required.
