PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save hours of work and improve cleaning quality by achieving cleaning on an oil pan in an optimum hours of work.SOLUTION: A step 1 is controlled to travel at a predetermined speed. When arrival of a cleaning plate 31 in the vicinity of a boarding/alighting port is detected, the traveling of the step 1 is controlled so that the step 1 travels in the opposite direction. Such a specified torque value is output on the basis of the detected result of the traveling speed of the step 1 that the circular traveling torque of the step 1 is specified so that the step 1 travels at the predetermined speed. The traveling of the step 1 is stopped on the basis of the compared result of the specified torque value, which is output when the cleaning plate 31 travels to such a direction that the oil pan 2 is cleaned, with a predetermined threshold.
