Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crime-prevention system, capable of being constituted inexpensively without impairing the reliability as the system, and early rescuing an injured person in case of occurrence of a crime within a car of an elevator.SOLUTION: The crime-prevention system includes: a control board 2 for controlling the elevator; a camera 6 for photographing the inside of the car 1 of the elevator; an abnormal action determination unit 19 which detects an abnormal action of a person in the car 1 based on an image taken by the camera 6; an emergency call button 12 provided on the car 1; and a crime-prevention determination unit 25 which detects a predetermined crime-prevention state when the emergency call button 12 is pressed in addition to detection of the abnormal state by the determination unit 19. When the crime-prevention state is detected by the determination unit 25, the control board 2 starts control operation for rescuing the injured person in the car 1.
