PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To linearly bring a relationship between opening and temperature control of an air mix damper closer together by reducing a pressure difference between cold air flowing into an air mix space from a cooling passage, and hot air flowing into the air mix space from a heating passage.SOLUTION: An air conditioner 1 includes an evaporator 30 cooling air conditioning air, a heater core 31 heating the air conditioning air, and a casing 36. A cooling passage 51 arranged with the evaporator 30, a heating passage 53 arranged with the heater core 31, an air mix space 55, and a bypass passage 57 formed so as to bypass a portion arranged with the evaporator 30 in the cooling passage 51 and to extend and communicated with the heating passage 53 are formed in the casing 36. An air mix damper 32 changing a ratio between an amount of the cold air flowing into the air mix space 55 from the cooling passage 51, and an amount of the hot air flowing into the air mix space 55 from the heating passage 53 is disposed in the casing 36.
