RICE HULLING AND CLEANING EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rice hulling and cleaning equipment equipped with a rice huller and a rice cleaner to handle both of uncleaned rice and unhulled rice and capable of efficiently removing mixed foreign matter containing mixed unhulled rice accompanying hulling to perform rice cleaning.SOLUTION: The rice hulling and cleaning equipment includes an unhulled rice feed passage A provided through the rice huller 4 to receive charged unhulled rice, an unhulled rice feed passage B receiving the charged unhulled rice and the rice cleaner 8 for receiving the unhulled rice from both feed passages A and B. A foreign matter sorter 5 for screening and sorting the mixed foreign matter to sort the same is provided between both feed passages A and B and the rice cleaner 8. This foreign matter sorter 5 is equipped with sorting screens 31-33 of first-third inclined postures in a shakable manner and the first sorting screen 31 leaves the mixed foreign matter such as the straw refuse or the like in the grain receiving from the unhulled rice feed passage A thereon while the second sorting screen 32 leaves the mixed hulled particles in the gains transmitted through the first sorting screen 31 thereon and the third sorting screen 33 leaves the mixed foreign matter such as the straw refuse or the like in the grain received from the unhulled rice feed passage B thereon.
