Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking aid vehicle which can easily maintain and lock the state of use, i.e. the state that a front leg frame and a rear leg frame are opened.SOLUTION: The walking aid vehicle includes: a leg portion linking mechanism which has a front leg link swingably attached to the front leg frame and a rear leg link swingably attached to the rear leg frame, both the frames being freely rotatable, and which exhibits an "L-shape" so that the front leg link and the rear leg link are bent downward in a state where the front and rear leg frames are opened; a seat frame which is swingably attached to the front leg frame; a seat portion link which is movably attached to each of the seat frame and the leg portion linking mechanism, and is configured so that the seat frame is positioned to be substantially horizontal in the state where the front leg frame and the rear leg frame are opened; and an abutting member which is formed on the seat portion link and abuts to the front leg frame in the state where the front and rear leg frames are opened.
