ROTOR OF PERMANENT MAGNET TYPE SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost rotor which solves problems of permanent magnet type motors adopting a conventional ISM system and realizes a smaller motor achieving high efficiency with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A rotor 10 includes: a rotor core 11; multiple permanent magnets 13 embedded in the rotor core 11; and a cylinder 15 covering an outer peripheral surface of the rotor core 11 and formed by a conductive material. Multiple slits 12, extending from a surface of the permanent magnet 13 toward an outer peripheral surface of the rotor core 11, are formed in the rotor core 11.
