Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving circuit in which power consumption is suppressed.SOLUTION: In the present invention, there is provided a circuit which, when a differential signal is differentially amplified, uses a pair of differential outputs to cut off a current generated by a differential input, thereby latching the differential signal. By application of the latch circuit, transmission data can be received even when a differential signal voltage difference of a received signal is small. Therefore, the number of amplifiers can be reduced to allow a reduction in power consumption of a receiving device.
