Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor and a method of manufacturing the same in which the surface of a terminal reinforcing material is prevented from being oxidized by forming an oxidation preventing coating layer surrounding the surface of the terminal reinforcing material on the lower side of a capacitor element, when the capacitor is manufactured in a high temperature chamber.SOLUTION: This solid electrolytic capacitor includes a capacitor element the inside of which has an anode polarity and to one side of which one end of an anode wire is inserted, a cathode leading-out layer formed on one side of the outer surface of the capacitor element, a terminal reinforcing material joined to both sides of the lower surface of the capacitor element, an oxidation preventing coating layer formed so as to surround the surface of the terminal reinforcing material, a mold part formed so that the other end of the anode wire, the end part of the cathode leading-out layer and the lower surface of the terminal reinforcing material are exposed while surrounding the periphery of the capacitor element, and an anode terminal and a cathode terminal formed on both sides of the mold part and the lower surface of the terminal reinforcing material by a plated layer. |
