ORDER GENERATION SYSTEM AND SERVER DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an examination order which is suitable to an already generated examination order of the patient and a patient state.SOLUTION: An order generation system of an embodiment includes a server device having storage means, limiting means, choice output means, and order generation means; and an information processing terminal having notification means, choice reception means, and selection result output means. The storage means stores patient information. The limiting means limits choices of predetermined information used to generate an examination order based upon the patient information stored in the storage means. The choice output means outputs information representing the limited choices to the information processing terminal. The order generation means generates an examination order using a selection result from the information processing terminal. The notification means notifies an operator of choices that the information from the server device represents. The selection reception means receives a selection by the operator among the choices that the operator is notified of. The selection result output means outputs the selection result to the server device.
