Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly change a transmission wavelength band of an optical filter used for fluorescence observation.SOLUTION: In the optical filter, tunable bandpass filters 21a and 21b aligned in an optical axis are provided in an excitation filter 13 for extracting excitation light emitted to a sample 2 from illumination light, have a center wavelength which changes depending on an incident angle of the light while keeping the width of a transmission wavelength band almost constant, and can individually adjust angles with respect to the optical axis. The present invention can be applied, for instance, to a fluorescence microscope. |
