Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber material observation method capable of minutely observing a dispersion state of a filler even in a rubber material with thickness equal to or larger than 200nm.SOLUTION: In an observation method for a rubber material containing a filler, three-dimentional structure is reconstructed from an image at each rotation angle of the rubber material, which is obtained by using a scanning transmission electron microscope, by a tomographic method, and a dispersion state of the filler in the rubber material is observed.
