Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power generation system.SOLUTION: The electric power generation system (10) includes: a compressor (30) for pressurizing intake ambient air to increase the pressure of the intake ambient air; and a turbine (38) disposed downstream of the compressor (30) and having a first stage (381) and an additional stage (382) disposed downstream of the first stage (381). The first stage (381) structurally includes a combustor (60) that mixes the pressurized ambient air with a fuel therein and also burns the mixture to generate a high temperature exhaust gas, and causes the first and additional stages (381, 382) to derive mechanical energy from the high temperature exhaust gas.
