Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a use of ET743 in the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of the human body for cancer, a pharmaceutically prescribed medicament including ET743 for intravenous injection for treating human cancer, and a method for treating cancer in a human patient, including administering ET743.SOLUTION: The method includes: administering ET743 in a dose of 1,000 to 1,500 micrograms per 1 mof the body surface area over 24 hours by intravenous injection, or administering ET743 in a dose of 1,000 to 1,650 micrograms per 1 mof the body surface area over 3 hours by intravenous injection. The method is effective for advanced and/or metastatic previously-treated cancer and cancer resistant or refractory to other treatments, such as sarcoma, particularly, soft tissue sarcoma or bone sarcoma, and mammary cancer.
