Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle air conditioning device that improves the heating efficiency when a driver's seat priority air-conditioning mode is selected in a heating foot mode.SOLUTION: The air conditioner for the vehicle shuts off a blowing channel except for a driver's seat and blows warm wind only from an outlet on the driver's seat side, when an occupant other than the driver's seat is not present. The air conditioner includes an air-capacity increase device 23A for increasing blowing air capacity from a face outlet by a predetermined capacity when the driver's seat priority air-conditioning mode is selected which blows warm wind only from the outlet on the driver's seat side in a foot mode of a blowing mode.
